Fantastic service, was well informed of a potential delay on my morning MOT appointment and that it may not be done till the afternoon. I was happy with this, however, no sooner getting back to my house, I got the call to say it was all done and ready to collect. More than happy with the level of customer service and that of the prompt work of the staff in testing my car. I will be using the service again without a doubt.

Only reason I didn't do full house was due to First time using Bear & Bee - But they fitted me in quicker, at a reasonable price, with possibility of a courtesy car too - All those factors helped me out of a tight spot, with a car progressively leaking fluids ! They were very accommodating to get the job done as quick as possible, considering the main Part was supplied wrongly ! ...but quick turnaround, Right part arrived, job completed by end of day 😁 The thing that stood out for me, was their honesty & keeping me in the loop all day 👍 the fact that the Correct part came in Cheaper - they instantly explained & reduced the Bill accordingly, showing me they are a very genuine company, do not overcharge for the sake of it or do any unnecessary work 👌 Free health check was included, stating no further work needed 👍 again, very honest ! So I Cannot fault Bear & Bee - very professional & a Great First impression ! ...will definitely Call them in future 🌟

I’ve been bringing all the cars I’ve owned to this garage for the past 15 years, I even have friends who live in other parts of the country that only use this garage when they come to visit me for work on their cars, MOT’s, Services and repair works to their cars. It’s so rare to find a garage that you will automatically just take your car there without thinking about it for anything vehicle related. I cannot recommend this garage enough to everyone.
