I typically have 3 vehicles serviced at Glendale, including 2 older German makes that can be expensive to maintain. I always appreciate the thorough and honest assessment as to what needs to be done near term and what can be deferred. On occasion, I have found and imported aftermarket parts because they were cheaper than those locally sourced and Andy most agreeably said he would install them. Natalie always goes above and beyond to help with my car maintenance decisions, including the appropriate timing to trade in my vehicles. My car has been serviced here for 3 yrs now. Never had an issue. The service advisor and mechanics always tell me what needs to be done vs what can wait. The prices are fair comparable to other shops. I have a 16 yr old Benz and never had any problems with the service and quality of service. I highly recommend this shop.
