This is one of those gems that is hard to find in life. I am a frequent visitor, and have had no qualms thus far. Staff are always super quick, and even when it is chock full, I have never waited any longer than I could expect to. I understand why it can get so busy though: Coffee is beautiful (See photo, Oh My Gosh!!!) and the food is well worth the buck. Everything always tastes fresh, and I once spoke to the owner who told me the meat used in the sandwiches is from the deli itself, which is nice to know as you can see it is quality. 10/10 reccomend for anyone looking for a new locale. It is a dog friendly cafe!! Lovely atmosphere created by music and the cleanliness of the cafe (The staff seem to always be wiping tables and sweeping). Also for anyone like me with a sensitive tummy, Sandwiches can be made gluten free, and they have almond, oat, soya and coconut milk! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEIR WHITE MACADAMIA NUT COOKIE OR ZAMBIONE CANELLONI FOR ALL MY SWEET TOOTHS! The spicy chai is also to die for, and the sandwiches, and the cappuccinos with cinnamon... (I have perhaps spent too much time eating here)

Brilliant tasty fresh food! My wife went here for lunch a few weeks ago and said she needed to come back with me - it was even better than she described! Wide selection of sandwiches and cakes and really friendly service. I will definitely be coming back!

So good! Portion sizes so generous, I felt like I was robbing them! Most things were made in house - I was so impressed! Staff were just lovely. So friendly, I felt like I was part of the family! The ginger beets shake had real fruit in it - nice and gingery, not just juice like some places use! I would give this more than 5 if I could!

10/10 - If you are in Letchworth, this is the place to be ! Amazing top quality produce. Great menu. We ordered a sharing platter expecting the items to come out in tapas size bowls - check the photos the servings were huge ! Speak to Gabriel he is lovely and is happy to answer any questions you have and can tell you where they source the produce, he is also happy to make any adjustments to your order. We are already planning our next visit as we want to work our way through the menu !!
