Fantastic! We stayed for 2 nights, it was easy to find, very presentable and clean. Check in was simple and fast, the room was lovely..clean and had everything you could want. Dressing gowns, a fan and extra pillows in the cupboard were a lovely touch. The house was quiet and friendly. Breakfast was very well practised and efficient. The food was really nice and they had something for everyone! Especially liked the poached egg! The hosts were really helpful with ideas for days out but also not invasive at all. They made you feel just the right way. Location was also convenient. We found we were mostly under 30 mins drive of everything we wanted to visit. Overall a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend and return!

Cannot say in words , what a lovely place , lovely owner who serves a very good breakfast and is so helpful parking on site, just will not stay anywhere else if touring that area in fact I'd go out of my way to stay with David,

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this lovely B&B. Perfectly located just off the A35 providing easy access to Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Kingston Lacy and many other attractions that Dorset has to offer. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with plenty of complimentaries.
Our friendly host Ian, cooked us a hearty breakfast each morning, including duck eggs from the farm and there were delicious home made jams available. We were very well looked after and it felt extremely homely and comfortable. We would definitely recommend the Old Mill to anyone wanting to stay in the area and we hope to return for another visit. Many thanks to Ian for the warm welcome.

We stayed two nights this weekend, to celebrate my 71st Birthday and visit Lulworth Cove and Monkey World . David and Lorna were very friendly and very much people persons . The former watermill is in a very quiet location. Our room was well appointed with a large double bed and everything you’d need from such accommodation

Great place to stay, clean and tidy, very nice couple who run it am looking forward to going back. It's central to most places to visit ie Wareham, Poole, Dorchester
