Steve came out within 4 hours when my water heater suddenly stopped working. On both visits (the first to diagnose the problem and the second to fix it with the relevant parts) he was punctual and professional. Communication was great and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I was also appreciative at his flexibility re the times he could come. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending or using again. We were having trouble with our back boiler, thinking we may have to replace it, after reading reviews we called Steve out.
