We have just had our kitchen completely refurbished by Maintaining London & Surrey and we couldn't be happier with the job they have done. Everything from the new kitchen fit itself, to all plumbing, electrical and gas work, tiling and flooring has been completed to a high standard and looks fantastic! Brad and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and generally a pleasure to be around, and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

The team have done many jobs over the last 18 months in both my home and my parents new flat. Brad is courteous, timely and very professional. For each work item we had, he helped us find the best approach, rather than one with all the bells and whistles so it was great in keeping the costs of jobs under control. Jobs he did for us included painting and decorating, filling is large cracks in walls, fixing plumbing leaks and fixing part of our roof. Great work and I would highly recommend MLS for all your jobs, big or small.

Brad and his team did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier with how the house looks now! As I wasn’t at the property he kept me updated with daily photos which was much appreciated and he was always available to chat when I had questions. Everything was completed within the timeframe quoted and to a high standard. Would absolutely recommend!

Brad and Lee were amazing. The wallpaper we chose was wild and I am sure not an easy job but it has been done with such attention to detail as was the paint work of the dark paint and white ceiling. I have used Brad for quite a few things and he is a perfectionist! He always goes the extra mile and I would highly recommend him for any handyman, decorating or just about anything else he turns his hand to.

MLS have worked on several projects for us at Weatherbys Private Bank. Their work is very thorough, clean and tidy - they really do tidy up everthing at the end of each working day. I dealt with Brad: he's reliable, knowledgable and can turn his hand to everything we need, it seems. Prices are good, attitude is great and they are never late to site.
