The team here are amazing, polite and knowledgable ! I bought 3 Crosswater bathrooms - if you have seen the CW awful reviews you can imagine how off track our project could have gone. If it wasn’t for Lee @ Excel Plumbing liaising with Crosswater our project would have been a disaster! We have 2 1/2 beautiful new bathrooms and it has gone relatively smoothly down to Lee ! Excel bathrooms just brilliant !
Nathan was really helpful, and our bathroom items arrived the next day! Fantastic customer service, super fast delivery and very competitive prices on a great selection of products.
