We had an old boiler removed and decided to make the space into a store cupboard, after being let down twice we found The Beach Buoy, Dave, and despite his heavy workload he made time to look at the work required , gave us a very reasonable quote and built the most amazing cupboard within a few days. The work was very intricate as it had to ensure access to certain switches. Dave is such a professional and his right hand man, Harrison was brilliant, always a smile and calmed down our two noisy dogs. Thank you so much for giving us a bit of luxury in our kitchen. Amazing service from the company. I was after a pergola for the garden and not quite sure what to get. From the initial quote to all the work being undertaken. I was always updated and advised. Dave and co did an amazing job building the pergola. It's looks amazing, and already have a few people jealous of it. The attention to detail and care taken over the job was second to none. A big thank you to Beach Buoy Builders for doing an incredible job on fixing my very dodgy summerhouse roof. It was in a bad way where some rotted boards were soon uncovered once the old felt shingles were removed. David and Stewart added 10 extra plywood boards which did change the original spec of the job but this was no problem to them whatsoever. They worked tirelessly over two days to ensure my summerhouse roof was completely water tight and secure. They did make it totally water tight at the end of the first day and the second day was used to finish off the work as bad weather was looming. My summerhouse is quite old and it really needed this work done. After having some other companies not even get back to me I was quite hesitant when contacting them at first but I was pleasantly surprised when I had a very fast reply from Nicki in the head office who put me at ease instantly and arranged the initial viewing followed by the repair dates and invoicing. I highly recommend Beach Buoy Builders for any of your repair needs. They are extremely efficient, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and friendly. Job done and priced as promised (fitting two radiators and checking for source of damp on the wall and cleaning gutters) and he is booked for further work to be done. Very happy with the service. They we so quick to respond. I spoke to the other partner which then directed me with Steve as he handle the assembly job. He gave me a call the next day and we had a day booked. He was punctual, efficient, quick and professional. We couldn’t assembly the second wardrobe as the sliding doors wouldn’t go up the stairs but he talked in a calm way and still tried his best. Steve is amazing! He went above and beyond. He fixed up my wardrobe which I messed up and then came back 2nd time and 3rd time again to make sure everything was perfect and to my liking. Moreover he then helped my mum with putting her wardrobe door back on. He is honest, very very helpful and just wants the best for his clients unlike other handymen who just want to rinse you for your money.
