John and his team recently converted our integral garage into a shower room and utility area. We recently had the team at Eves Building Services complete a full garden transformation for us and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! We have recently July/August 2023 had a full bathroom renovation carried out by John and his team. The old bathroom was completely stripped and replaced with a modern double shower, sink and toilet. It was fully tiled floor to ceiling. The work of John and his team was meticulous and clean and they were very considerate of mobility issues the lady of the house had at the time! They were polite and considerate in every way and their work was outstanding and we would highly recommend them and look forward to having them return in the future on other projects.

We have recently had John complete some building work in our home. From the moment I contacted John I was so impressed with his communication, turning up to quote exactly when he said and responding with the quote timely. With these first impressions, I knew I wanted John to do the work. We had our chimney removed internally, a wall taken out and stud work done. John worked around me and my young family when we went on holiday to compete the work and this was so helpful to us. Even when completing the work, anything he needed to check or issues that came up, he would contact me immediately. Coming home to a 99% finished project, I was so impressed with the work carried out and the professional finish. We will be having John back to complete the next stage of our renovations and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

A big thank you to Beach Buoy Builders for doing an incredible job on fixing my very dodgy summerhouse roof. It was in a bad way where some rotted boards were soon uncovered once the old felt shingles were removed. David and Stewart added 10 extra plywood boards which did change the original spec of the job but this was no problem to them whatsoever. They worked tirelessly over two days to ensure my summerhouse roof was completely water tight and secure. They did make it totally water tight at the end of the first day and the second day was used to finish off the work as bad weather was looming. My summerhouse is quite old and it really needed this work done. After having some other companies not even get back to me I was quite hesitant when contacting them at first but I was pleasantly surprised when I had a very fast reply from Nicki in the head office who put me at ease instantly and arranged the initial viewing followed by the repair dates and invoicing. We had an old boiler removed and decided to make the space into a store cupboard, after being let down twice we found The Beach Buoy, Dave, and despite his heavy workload he made time to look at the work required , gave us a very reasonable quote and built the most amazing cupboard within a few days. The work was very intricate as it had to ensure access to certain switches. Steve is amazing! He went above and beyond. He fixed up my wardrobe which I messed up and then came back 2nd time and 3rd time again to make sure everything was perfect and to my liking. Moreover he then helped my mum with putting her wardrobe door back on. Steven fixed my roof 6 years ago. Money was tight but he did a temporary repair to get me by a couple of years max. It is still going strong! We hired Graham and his team earlier this year to create an open plan kitchen / diner using the existing space. The team was friendly, polite and unobtrusive, making the whole project amazingly smooth and hassle free. They took the time to discuss decisions with us, keeping us informed and updated every step of the way.
