Boiler not working. Excellent customer service on the phone. Errol diagnosed the issue, explained it and remedied it in under one hour. He clearly knows his job inside out and is easy to speak with. Good pricing. I won't hesitate to used Tailored again and will refer to friends who live locally.

A great service received. Engineer arrived in a timely manner, was friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable on the heating and plumbing problem they were called out for. Explained perfectly what they were going to do and how it would alleviate the issues. No time was wasted which I very much appreciated as labour costs per hour. Did a fantastic job. Overall a great service which I would recommend and I will certainly use this company again if needed.

I'm very happy with the installation of my radiator and I will definitely be using Tailored Plumbing & Heating for the additional work I will be needing. Everything was explained to me along the way and the work was completed to a high standard. I would highly recommend
