Would thoroughly recommend Derek, Sebastian and the team at Pristine Plumbing. The recently came to our rescue with a stopcock issue as well as installing a new bathroom a few years ago. They provided an excellent service and we'd definitely use them again. Thanks Derek and Sebastian!

Derek came to do our annual central heating service, to fit a new magnetic filter and fix an overflowing toilet cistern. He completed all these tasks efficiently and tidily and also fitted a new valve as part of fixing the water heating control. He has also been very helpful to me in deciding the best way forward for upgrading the water heating control. This is the 3rd year Pristine have completed our heating and plumbing requirements. I can't fault any of his work, he is always friendly and helpful, and I would happily recommend Pristine to anyone else.

We had water hammer issue when we used washing machine. Sebatian came to fit a water hammer arrester today. No more banging sound in the pipes after that. And the charge is reasonable. Sebastian is cheery, polite and professional. Pristine Plumbing is my neighbour's go to plumber. It may be my go to from now.
