There's only great things to say about Zak and his HRS Construction team. We had a large extension project with many unusual challenges. The extension needed piling, lots of steel frame work and a lot of bespoke glass detailing. We went through around five different builders for quotes and site visits. Found Zak to be the easiest to communicate with and he also came up with the most competitive quote. We also had two recommendations from friends. It was thus an easy decision to go with HRS. And we don't regret that decision. He is a perfectionist and the entire work was done to a very good standard. He is very easy to communicate with and never fussy. Never made us feel that we were asking for too much and rose up to all sort of challenges. Zak took care of all the plumbing (we had a new boiler and Megaflo tank), four new bathrooms, changed all doors, hinges, architraves and skirting boards, all new switches and sockets. There was extensive painting work involved and the work is as good as it can be. However hard one tries, there will be minor problems that show up after the work. Zak took responsibility and cleared up everything quickly. He is reliable, honest and very knowledgeable. The wood cladding at the back was a challenge, but he completed it to better than what we expected. Would highly recommend Zak and HRS without any hesitation.
