I like Coolings. A good plants person place. Good quality plants, maybe a little more expensive than Polhill for example, but quality is really good. Vast range of plants, I aspire to get one of their beautiful acers! Staff all seem to know their stuff. All very accessible, large car park with good blue badge parking. Nice cafe, always found the food good. Fairly even hard pathways throughout. Can get really busy.

Never been here before favouring other garden centres. But that was a mistake, this is an excellent garden centre and a real one not a glorified furniture shop and all that other rubbish. Arthurs restaurant breakfast was also very good.

Well-stocked garden center but I've only ever gone with my parents to eat at Arthur's. A good selection of sandwiches and freshly-baked cakes etc. in a light and airy oasis amidst the plants.

Personalised, attention to detail service. I contacted online from Australia and asked for gift recommendations for a potted plant to suit my friend's backyard. They recommended a beautiful flowering plant for December and chose a pot to match the photo I sent them of her backyard. So thankful for their care

Went to Coolings at Knockholt to buy some garden paving. We were fortunate to be offered assistance by Nigel who is a credit to Coolings . Nigel could not have been more helpful in answering questions about the paving available and nothing was too much trouble to him . He even wheeled our paving slabs to checkout and loaded them for us into our car . Fantastic Customer Service. Thank you Nigel & well done Coolings .
