We recently had a heating issue during the coldest days of the year, and Complete Building Services (CBS) in Letchworth came to the rescue. From the moment we contacted Jen in the office, we felt we were in safe hands. She acted quickly and arranged for someone to come out to us promptly in our hour of need. Tom arrived and was incredibly efficient, tidy, and professional. He also took the time to explain what he was doing as he changed components and how it would impact the heating system, which I found really interesting. Despite needing to go out for parts, Tom returned within 25 minutes, fitted everything, and had our house warm again in no time – all within an hour! CBS did a massive renovation job for us recently- fitting new kitchen, new bathroom, re-plastering the whole house and re-configuring the boiler system. Barry and his team did an excellent job throughout, and within deadline. Couldn't recommend them more!

I needed some plumbing work completed and CBS were recommended to me by a friend. The were quick to send one of their representatives to provide a quote (which was really reasonable!) and within a few days they attended to complete the work. The whole process from start to finish was excellent; Jennifer who coordinated the quote and work visits ensured everything ran smoothly and Tom completed the work swiftly and to a very high standard.
