i'm kind of anxious writing this review as i want to get a comprehensive account of my experience across..i've a long term health condition which also involves likely having aspergers..i find change and break in routine,reading a situation aswell as lack of clarity as to what will happen, difficult to handle. i'd put my appointment for an electrical inspection, off for 2 months such was my level of anxiety around it...i could just handle a front door visit but something involving strangers going into every area of my flat, well this was too much...i became unwell due to this thing at the back of my mind. "i will be evicted", "my flat isn't tidy"..."i'll be under the microscope"..all these thoughts building up. I'd not come into contact with Wessex before, but apprehensive and slightly embarrassed to bring my worries up, i contacted them via phone call, and wished to know more about what would happen in the hope that i could ease my mind...they were nice. patient and supportive, i felt heard and supported through the way that Chelsea and her colleague (i think her name was Emily), fielded my concerns, explained kindly what to expect and worked adaptively around my needs. this helped me meet the next stage, getting ready for the actual appointment. James, the technician, arrived, showed his ID and explained a bit about what he would be undertaking..we had a chat and i felt calmer..a very human side to what was before a looming, impersonal inspectorate!. without wishing to sound lofty..in my mind i assumed this, an electrical inspection, was something prosaic, and hadn't made the connection with the importance of connection..i'd forgotten somehow that companies can be represented through kindness like this ...i was impressed by how he balanced a chat with carying out the checks he wanted to do to a very thorough degree..He carried these out with little fanfare, quietly and efficiently. i gradually felt my worries subsiding..almost not knowing what to do with this....after he'd gone i actually cried a bit...i needn't have worried for 2 months like that. thankyou for your help.

I recently had to have my fuse box moved from up in the eaves to downstairs for safety and easier access. The lovely gents from Wessex Electrical came to do it. They were great. They kept me informed all the time, they were very polite and respectful of my home. Cleaned up any mess and basically did a fantastic job. It wasn't easy to move but they did it without complaining. Would definitely recommend Wessex Electricals, no job is too big or too small.

Job was done brilliantly, engineer showed up on time on the scheduled day, explained patiently what is going to be done and how long will it take. Very professional and polite, wonderful man! He took into consideration that english is not my first language and he made sure i understand him. We are very happy with the results. I'm very grateful for the preciseness of the job. Engineer left our property cleaned and ready to use, honestly we haven't seen such good work ethic from a very long time.

Extremely kind and careful customer service department! Absolutely professionals with the calls arranging the suitable time, with the accuracy from the engineers at the days of the visits and the way how they completed their job!
