I contacted Hugh to fix some blinds and complete some plastering in our home. Communication between us was consistent and prompt, including a message when they were en route. Hugh and Gary completed the works brilliantly, tidied up afterwards & gave us advice for other works. Outstanding Service from Hugh at Onpoint!

I cannot recommend Hugh from Onpoint highly enough! He recently completed a significant flooring and bathroom renovation at my rental flat, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, Hugh demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a level of communication that truly sets him apart.

The scope of work included lifting existing vinyl floor tiles, assessing the subfloor, and installing beautiful light oak-coloured 100% waterproof LVT flooring in the bathroom. Hugh also handled the installation of a new shower screen, along with a host of other tasks such as refitting the bath panel, sealing the toilet pan, and ensuring everything was securely reinstalled. He even went above and beyond by assessing for leaks, unblocking the basin and bath lines, and conducting a camera inspection to survey for any potential issues. His attention to detail was impeccable, and he left the property spotless, removing all associated waste.

What really stood out was Hugh’s outstanding communication. He kept me updated every step of the way, explaining the process clearly and ensuring I was informed of any additional requirements. His professionalism and manners were second to none, making the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.

We needed some external work done on the house where the previous render/paint had failed, pealing in places which was causing rain to penetrate to the internal walls. I obtained a few quotes through Checkatrade and whilst Hugh’s was not the cheapest he was the most professional in coming up with a solution. Hugh and Gary are professional, polite, honest gentleman, kept us up to date on the progress and have done a fantastic job with the exterior of the house. Will definitely be looking to use them again for other house maintenance .

Very pleased indeed with the painting that the team did, excellent prep including repairing a very large hole in the plaster that I unexpectedly uncovered the day before they arrived!
