I am extremely impressed by the service I received from FS Group. They arrived early and the problem was resolved quickly. Josh was quick, professional and efficient! I contacted FS over a totally blocked up shower drain that I tried to clear using Mr. Muscle drain gel but it didn't work at all. Couldn't even penetrate into the drain because there was completely no more room in there. Josh came round within 2 hours of me calling and finished the job much quicker, within 15 minutes. Found them through Google and I was a bit sceptical about the amount of 5-star reviews. However, they were on time, efficient, proposed the most cost efficient solution and unblocked the drain at a very reasonable cost without trying to get more money out of me. Well done, will use again!

I don’t often write reviews but I was seriously impressed by F and S Group. I texted them before 8:00 this morning, an immediate reply with same day service. The engineer, Will, was great- polite, professional and sorted my drainage issue which had caused a lot of stress and provided clear explanations so I knew exactly was happening. To top it off, it was a great price. Very impressed and will recommend this company to all of my contacts.
