Booked for a leak track and trace. Matt arrived on time and actually recommended I replaced a part in the boiler first before any leak tracing was carried out. His advice was amazing, we did that and all our “leak “ problems were solved. It was actually the heat exchanger leaking , not pipes. 3 plumber prior failed to offer this advice. They kindly refunded me the full amount minus a small call out fee which was totally fair and I’m happy with. Great company
