Our house was not easy, it is a period property filled with our belongings and not easy to navigate. Had a power cut in the house and phoned a couple emergency services didnt manage to get help until I reach out to Binal, he was extremely helpful over the phone.and he was ready to come out immediately on a Sunday evening 9 pm. with his expert guidance he was able to identify the problem and help me resolve the problem over the phone .
