Phil & Al were great guys and worked with precision as a team with the installation which was complete in around one week. They even left the place spotless once the job was done. Jimmy and Barry were great with the electrics and the plastering. The quality of the garden room is exceptional—sturdy, stylish, and built to last. It’s now our favourite space in the house. As a nursery we would highly recommend Ryan, Jonathan and the team at Make Room to anyone looking for a good quality cabin or outside office , we received lovely service, attention to detail right from the start and the installation team were polite and extremely professional , from the moment that our office was designed to the day that it was installed Ryan and the team ensured that we were kept up to date with everything the communication was fabulous . On the day of the installation the team arrived prompted and worked sometimes without a break to get the cabin ready in the timescale that we had set. Ryan was one of the reasons we chose this company, in addition to a recommendation from another customer. He was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. There was no ‘hard sell’ for us to commit to a build right from the beginning of us visiting the site, when we were researching our options. Once we had committed to the build I was impressed by the efficiency of how everything moved along, from the delivery process - all the components arrived when they were needed and the whole build, as a result, finished within timescales. The team working on site were very polite and were great guys. It’s not always easy to have a team invade your home space but they made it as easy as possible. There were a few hiccups in the build, inevitably, however Ryan made sure that these were addressed immediately and with a no quibble attitude. Customer satisfaction was priority throughout the build and afterwards. In summary, we are very impressed with the quality and finish of the building.
