Sunday evening emergency and he helped out immediately and diagnosed over the phone and got my electricity on again. He knows what he is doing and I’m glad it was him I called. Received a call at the time promised, and the work was completed swiftly. Everything was explained concisely without jargon (and no condescending ‘tradesman to woman’ stuff, if you’re female you’ll know what I mean!). I feel the price was reasonable considering the swift, skilled service. Receipt/invoice provided for insurer. And to top it all off, a very friendly and personable chap.
