Neil has been a true life saver today, we rang this morning, and he came early afternoon, and diagnosed the problem, went and bought the parts, and had sorted it within 2 hours, thinking that we would have no heating or hot water over Christmas, we are so,so grateful that Neil came out at such short notice and got it all going again. We would highly recommend Neil, he is such a lovely bloke to chat to, with a wealth of knowledge. Thanks again, J & L

I found and contacted Neil less than a week ago and he arranged a fitting for my new Hive heating box. He came on time and fitted the machine in less than 40 minutes , he was lovely nice to talk to and did a great job! He will now be my permanent plumber :) thanks again Neil really happy.

Neil was absolutely a life saver. He came the same day we called out looked at the issue and fixed it then and there. He was very polite, friendly and talked us through everything. Thankfully he was also extremely well prepared and had the part he needed so was able to leave us with a working boiler. I was also relieved that the pricing was fair. Overall excellent. Excellent service! Neil arrived on time and disconnected and removed the gas pipes from our house efficiently. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need. Five stars!

Neil provided a friendly and prompt service. My boiler pressure kept dropping and I asked to have a Hive heating system installed also. Both were fixed/installed with no problem. I will be asking Neil for help on any future boiler problems I may have. Thank you Neil.
