Scott came very quickly when we had a washing machine leak in the house we had just moved in to, at a very reasonable charge. He then returned out of hours to replace the pipework ready for the washing machine to be installed. Very nice, approachable and professional man. Work carried out: annual service of combi boiler, replacement of expansion vessel (with explanation of function of this part) and upgrading of hall radiator with new thermostat. Scott is my “go to” for plumbing/boiler needs and has never disappointed. Jobs carried out well within reasonable timescales with excellent communication throughout. Fantastic service; prompt, efficient, hard working professionals removed old boiler and replaced it within a day (10 hour day though!) so we had minimal disruption (and no mess to clear up!).
