Frankie was very professional and helpful when we had an issue with our boiler. His prices are very competitive. He kept us updated throughout the installation of our new boiler and he has great attention to detail. What a fantastic service! We employed Frankie & Joe to install a new boiler in our “new to us” house in Faversham. Rarely will you meet two such polite & caring tradespeople and the standard of work! Amazing! Frankie apologised about having to place the gas feed pipe outside, then promptly made it a piece of art with brass fittings, then polished the copper pipe!! Just had a new boiler installed by Quadrant Plumbing and can honestly say I could not fault the work with the addition of the guys being completely genuine and that they are tradesman which you can trust which in this day and age speaks volumes. Highly recommend
