The engineer Ahmed is very professional and friendly, he made sure all the pipes connected to the kitchen sink and dishwasher are properly cleared. Excellent. 100% recommend. Honest, fair and did everything he said he would do. Got my boiler up and running to get me through a weekend of no heat/water and then a few days later replaced the boiler. All went to plan! Will be asking him to service the boiler going forward and have recommended to some people in my complex. Hard to find someone that is straight down the line.
