I can't recommend CNB highly enough! They stepped in at very short notice to replace my boiler and did an absolutely fantastic job. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were outstanding. The installation was seamless and everything was left spotless afterward. They took the time to explain the system and ensured I was completely happy before finishing up. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled plumber, I would definitely recommend them!

Update , used CNB again for our personal property Recently used Chris to fix shower valve, which the original installer/supplier was supposed to fix but it still didn’t work properly so got Chris in to fix it and it has worked properly ever since. Also Chris has reworked pipe work for two new radiators and fitted them. Chris was always neat and tidy and apart from the new radiators you would never have known he had been. Putting the flooring back perfectly. Great job, Chris or team will be coming back soon to fit some more new radiators. Change of Hot Water Cylinder - I have been using CNB to renovate a rental property (I will write a separate review for this work). I asked Chris and his team for advice on why our home shower sometimes stopped working properly. We had a bathroom refurbishment last year (a different company) but the shower was still not working as powerful as had been expected and it stopped working every now and then. The original company tried a variety of different things to solve the problem but it continued intermittently. Chris and his team suggested a new hot water cylinder with a different flange and pipework arrangement. CNB installed a new hot water cylinder with the correct flange and pipework and now the shower works perfectly every time. The shower is also much more powerful and the pipework looks a lot neater.

Chris has fitted boilers in our last two homes, as well as installing new bathrooms for us. His work is immaculate, and extremely high quality. Ours boiler is around 9 years old and had developed a pressure fault. Chris identified an issue with the expansion vessel, which was filling with water, and replaced it, but also discovered that the inlet valves had become faulty meaning that the pressure wasn’t able to be released. This was an unusual issue and we’re grateful that he discovered it. Our boiler is now working as it should. Huge thanks Chris!
