Pani was really friendly when we contacted him and he was always very quick to reply. Even though we were living bit far away he was able to book us in for a visit very quickly and willing to come at a time convenient for us. His service was excellent, not only did he unclog our sink pipe right away, but he also answered questions we had about other issues. Highly recommended.

Pani is such a professional and knowledgeable plumber and heating engineer, and very personable and friendly who explained everything that he was doing but also works quietly and efficiently. He worked a long day and kept and left the flat spotless. The job was to flush out my central heating system to remove sludge from very under-performing radiators and rebalance them. Kept communication, double confirmed appt the evening before. Was happy to explain things to me at the appt.
