A series of power cuts left our oven disabled! Panic! Family descending at the weekend! Mark came out later that morning (Thursday). New part needed! Agh!! Fabulous 5 star service from this shop. After my own fridge stopped working, I went to Burwoods, picked out a replacement fridge from an excellent selection and it was delivered early the next morning, a Saturday as well, you do not get this level of care from larger retailers. Would definitely use them again, in fact I would always use them for new appliances and not bother with other retailers. Thank you all very much.

My fridge/freezer broke on Friday afternoon. Late Friday evening I emailed Burwoods with dimensions. I spoke to Darren at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, he was so helpful and knowledgeable. A new one was delivered and installed by 2:30 p.m. This company has excelled once again.
