We cannot recommend Andy highly enough. He has done work for us on multiple occasions of various different kinds (e.g. plumbing, building, chimney repairs, etc.) and it has always been completed promptly and to an exceedingly high standard. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the final results. We hired Andy to create our dream kitchen/diner in our new house. Andy was amazing, he discussed our project and gave his ideas. We sorted out everything, putting us in contact with an architect, building control, plasterers, plumber and electrician. He arrived on time every single day and was exceptionally clean and tidy. Andy did all the groundwork to convert our garage into a usable office space - laid a damp proof membrane, insulated the floor, walls and roof, replaced windows and doors, and installed lighting and sockets via another contractor. He also moved a gateway from one outside wall to another and built a new gate to fit, with associated fence and wall work. We were really impressed with Andy throughout - his communication, reliability and integrity, as well as being a really easy person to have around! Andy quoted for the work, with the current standard proviso about the cost of materials, and the time he allowed for labour was spot on, with materials nor far off budget, given the quote happened at least 9 months before the project.
