Paul Martin has completed many jobs for us throughout 2017/18. From fitting a kitchen, putting a new doorway in to plastering our lounge, hallway, stairs and landing. He is always prompt and attentive and works methodically and is very tidy. We can highly recommend Housemartin Property Refurbishment and look forward to using you again in the very near future.

After a kitchen flood, Paul completely refurbished the ceramic tiling on the suspended floor. We only had a certain number of spare tiles and were concerned that he would run out, but Paul used his skill and ingenuity to complete the job brilliantly, with some left over. He made such a good job that no-one would guess the floor had been under water! Thank you Paul.
