I am compelled to share my excellent experience with Robert the Handyman. He was recently able to fit numerous fittings for our baby's bedroom and put together a toy at short notice, working well after hours with precision, care, and timeliness. We had been struggling to find a handyman who was available to fit the fittings for our baby's bedroom, as it was a relatively small job and most handymen were booked up weeks in advance. We were also keen to have the fittings fitted as soon as possible, as we were expecting our baby to arrive any day. Robert was able to come to our house the very next day, even though it was after hours. He worked quickly and efficiently, and fitted all of the fittings perfectly. He also put together a toy for our baby that we had been struggling to assemble. Robert was very professional and friendly, and he went above and beyond to help us. He is a highly skilled handyman, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Bobby-man-can maintenance has done a lot of work for us. We are DIY disasters and find that whenever we ask for a quote, there is never a job too big or too small. Everything has been carried out to a high standard. One of the largest jobs to be carried out was the insulation and boarding out of our entire loft. Bobby-man-can maintenance is trusted and reliable. We have always found his quotes very competitive. Would not hesitate to recommend and would use time and again.

I called for an urgent installation of a new cooker, after my old gas hobs abandoned me. This was a non standard installation, because the cooker was a different size of the previous one and needed to fit between two units of my kitchen, which needed to be moved. I am very happy with the job - they have been responsive, organised, punctual and very reliable. I will definitely call them again in the future for small and big projects in my house!

I recently had Lee come over to fit our huge TV to the wall on Christmas Eve. He was not only punctual but also a really nice guy who took the time to ensure everything was set up perfectly. He was meticulous about keeping the space tidy, cleaning up after himself before leaving. On top of that, his pricing was very fair for the quality of work he provided. Lee has just completed a package of work for me on a rental property including Painting throughout, new bath panel, resealing the bath/shower, new sink waste, boxing in some pipework and replacing the banister. Lee turned up when he said he would and kept me updated with regular progress updates. Using Lee has saved me a lot of time and hassle by not having to get multiple trades in - I gave him the list, he gave me a price, and he got on with it. I will definitely use Lee again and would highly recommend him.

The question you should really be asking yourself is why would you not get Gav in? Offers up clear and fair estimates and a real attention to detail in what he delivers; little things like a proper clean up of the area or looking to maximise the use of the materials purchased, just go a long way to cermet a top-notch service. He's also just a really nice guy. I've engaged him a few times now and is absolutely my go-to to get projects done I can't/won't do myself.

Gav has done so much work on our house over the years - from bespoke carpentry (like benches and wardrobes) and plastering, to laying a patio and fitting a bathroom - and not only is he very skilled, but he's also a super nice guy and very fairly priced. He'll tell you what he's going to do, he arrives on time and then does the work. You literally couldn't ask for anything else.
