Ryan and the team carried out our extension in Spring 2023 and we are so pleased with everything from start to finish. The extension started when our baby was only 3 months old and I really appreciated Ryan's communication and patience with me whilst I was struggling with sleepless nights and no kitchen. The work was water tight within 5 weeks which was super impressive (so much so that I wasn't ready with a chosen kitchen!). However Ryan was flexible and came back to fit the kitchen once I was ready. The team were super tidy and the dust and disruption was at a minimal. We live in a tight cul de sac and they worked around this perfectly. They were here every weekday in ALL weathers, and we really did have it all! I have found it rare to find a builder who is also good at communication, on time and organised so this was very welcome. We now have a lovely family space that our 9 month old little boy loves playing in. Thank you so much Armison.

I used Ryan and his team to convert a garage into a bathroom and add a small utility area to a new kitchen. From start to finish I would thoroughly recommend Armison for any building work that needs to be done, all the team were professional, clean, organised and meticulous in their approach. The new space now looks amazing and we have a lovely new kitchen/utility and bathroom. The finish is of the highest standard and Ryan takes his time to talk through each element and offer his expertise in what can be done and what maybe done etc depending on budget, time and so on, which is definitely required with this sort of project. I would strongly recommend Armison and no doubt will use them again for any future works I intend to carry out.

The longer version: I knew instantly after meeting Ryan I wanted him to convert my loft. He was organised, meticulous, calm and polite. His quote was the most expensive (but you get what you pay for - the best!), and I had to wait a while for him to have availability, but he was worth every single penny and worth the wait. The finances were laid out clearly, I knew what was costing what and any potential changes to the budget were discussed with me and I had the chance to offer my suggestions and ideas. I felt involved, but never overburdened in any way.

I knew the plan for each day and I got regular updates (particularly useful when I was working away and not seeing the workmen on some days). The building work ran into a few problems (as building work often does) but for every problem, Ryan and his team offered me several solutions. I was kept up-to-date, I knew when people would be in my house and they always turned up bang on time. Every night they swept and hoovered to keep my house as neat as they could throughout the work.

I cannot thank Ryan and his team enough. They made a stressful experience enjoyable, we had plenty of laughs along the way and the quality of the work is absolutely exceptional. Everything met the standards required by the local building inspectors, who I think were equally delighted with the work. I'll definitely have them back for my next (smaller!) home renovation project.

Ryan and his team arrived early to re-strip and re-felt our flat roof extension. The work was carried out and completed as stated by Ryan.
