Luca and his team were so kind and Luca didnt like to think of me being cold. He came over late afternoon the day I put post on Fb to try and get our 12 year old boiler to limp along and promised to get new boiler for today (Friday) but phoned yesterday and said he could fit it just after mid day yesterday.
When I spoke to him after coming back from meeting where it was warmer he said I didn't like to think of you being cold. Total gentleman 👏
