This was a thoroughly professional job Lee reroofed my small galley kitchen in a very limited space. He reset the roof at the correct angle, replaced all the rotted interior , fitted a new Velux window and removed and replaced the plastering on the external walls. All work was skillfully performed and fitted in with existing external piping, and he explained everything to me as he proceeded. It still looks good and does a good job, even in the extremes of weather we have had. I highly recommend.

Great to have the job done by professionals who take great pride in the quality of their work. The main job was replacing the lead flashing around the chimney of our Victorian terrace but they also replaced the flaunching which had been done very poorly recently by someone else, repaired some roof battens and replaced some slates. All work was of an excellent standard and Lee's lead work is outstanding. They were punctual, very polite and friendly and worked hard. Highly recommended.

Lee has done a number of jobs at our property, the latest (Oct 2020) being rebuilding/repointing our 2 chimneys and rebuilding part of an existing extension (which had been bodged previously by someone else). We will definitely use Lee again when we next need building or roofing work done. He's open and honest about what needs to be done, does work to a high standard and for a fair price.

Gav has done so much work on our house over the years - from bespoke carpentry (like benches and wardrobes) and plastering, to laying a patio and fitting a bathroom - and not only is he very skilled, but he's also a super nice guy and very fairly priced. He'll tell you what he's going to do, he arrives on time and then does the work. You literally couldn't ask for anything else.

The question you should really be asking yourself is why would you not get Gav in? Offers up clear and fair estimates and a real attention to detail in what he delivers; little things like a proper clean up of the area or looking to maximise the use of the materials purchased, just go a long way to cermet a top-notch service. He's also just a really nice guy. I've engaged him a few times now and is absolutely my go-to to get projects done I can't/won't do myself.

Very happy with the work completed by Tony. I needed my whole chimney breast replastering due to the previous owners doing a poor job of boarding up the fireplace and plastering over the top of it. Tony's expertise in this area meant I was able to avoid future hassle by highlighting what needed doing, including adding a vent to the boarded up fireplace to give it decent air flow to avoid a build up of condensation. Tony was punctual, professional and didn't mess around with getting the job done to an incredible standard. Would highly recommend T H Building and Plastering, and would definitely use again.

Would highly recommend Rob to anyone as he can turn his hand to many things and is trustworthy and reliable. Recently had my loft insulated and boarded and there was minimal disruption or mess. Rob reused the old boards where possible to keep the cost down and has also repaired a hole in the ceiling. Thanks to Rob and Charlie for their hard work.

Bobby-man-can maintenance has done a lot of work for us. We are DIY disasters and find that whenever we ask for a quote, there is never a job too big or too small. Everything has been carried out to a high standard. One of the largest jobs to be carried out was the insulation and boarding out of our entire loft. I am compelled to share my excellent experience with Robert the Handyman. He was recently able to fit numerous fittings for our baby's bedroom and put together a toy at short notice, working well after hours with precision, care, and timeliness. We had been struggling to find a handyman who was available to fit the fittings for our baby's bedroom, as it was a relatively small job and most handymen were booked up weeks in advance. We were also keen to have the fittings fitted as soon as possible, as we were expecting our baby to arrive any day. Robert was able to come to our house the very next day, even though it was after hours. He worked quickly and efficiently, and fitted all of the fittings perfectly. He also put together a toy for our baby that we had been struggling to assemble. Robert was very professional and friendly, and he went above and beyond to help us. He is a highly skilled handyman, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. We moved home last year to a bungalow and found a lot of issues from flooded rooms to rotten floor joists to a full interior remodel knocking walls out and new kitchen fitted and the rear door moved to the opposite side of the building. That was just the inside. On the outside Mark and his team built a new retaining wall when the old one collapsed. A new French drain around the whole property. And a new patio and driveway. Mark and his whole team have produced work and a finish of the highest quality. They are trustworthy and I would not have any issues with leaving them in my property alone whilst workwas being carried out. Needless to say we were in a mess when we arrived and it was Mark's vision and quality of work which means we now have a beautiful and functional bungalow that will not only look after us but anyone who may come after us. So thanks again Mark Weston and your team. Fantastic.
