I just had CHS complete a beautiful renovation on our main floor and washroom. I’m shocked to see negative reviews regarding their workmanship and communication as that seems completely out of character for the company in my experience. Sam was extremely responsive and the crew was knowledgeable and efficient. Any concerns I had regarding the project was explained thoroughly and executed beyond expectations. I will be using CHS for future projects and have and will continue to recommend them.

Fireplace remodel:

The design ideas that were provided by Sam and Mark were tailored to our preferences, ensuring that our new fireplace look amazing in our living area. We just had 2 new door frames built and doors installed in our basement. The sliding doors look really nice and make the access to our storage very easy. Sam also didn't hesitate to drive the extra miles to get a solid door from another place when he faced supply issues.

So far, Sam and his team have completed several projects for us, the most recent being a full basement reno, including opening up the space, relocating the washer & dryer, remodelling the bathroom and converting the tub to a tiled shower. We are extremely impressed and pleased with Sam and his team. Throughout the process, Sam offered suggestions and options, managed the trades where required, and kept to the agreed upon timelines and budget. We will definitely continue to use CHS for our home updating & reno needs.

Sam from CHS Renos was excellent in response and workmanship when I had a leak in the ceiling. As I’m not living in Grimsby but have rental property there , Sam was excellent in communicating with me and got the job done. I will definitely contact them again for any future work for sure.
