After calling out 2 plumbing firms without any success in diagnosing or sorting the problem, I called NB plumbing to what i thought was a pressurised water tank leak. After only a short time, Michael from NB plumbing had diaognosed the problem as a mains water pipe leak under the floor. Within 30 mins, the floor had been partially removed and a 1st class permanent repair carried out. No fuss, no mess, no drama. Very knowledgable and experianced. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
I called NB plumbing and heating on a bank holiday when we didn't have any hot water and Michael was the only plumber to talk me through some steps to see if he could help over the phone after a few failed attempts to other companies. He knew straight away what the problem was, came out the following day having sourced the part that was needed, and fitted only the broken part rather than the full part. Michael was very professional and you can tell he genuinely wants to help and this is not just a job for him. I will not be using any other plumbers and I fully recommend NB plumbing and heating

I've just had a new heat pump installed by Michael and Nigel - they came out to Wakefield to do a survey and talked me through all my options. Would definitely recommend! They were both polite, friendly and hard workers
