Got to the property within about 30 minutes for a properly dire emergency. Got everything resolved quickly and despite it being late, he stayed on and cracked on until the job was done. Really happy. 5/5 stars.
I phoned Gary at 11am and by 3pm he was at my house with all the parts, fixing my toilet.
My toilet was a brand that was very difficult to manoeuvre around and was not easy fix at all. Never the less, Gary didn’t give up (like many other plumbers I’ve had have) he did the job and smashed it! Also very friendly.
I have had terrible experiences with plumbers in the past but I must say, my faith has been restored.
I would highly recommend using this company and I will certain be calling back if any more plumbing work needs doing.
Excellent job and good value. The job wasn’t as straightforward as we initially thought but Gary persevered until the job was done with no extra charge. Would recommend.
Had an annoying leak under the sink that kept coming and going that needed fixing. Also wanted sink removing then reattaching and sealed properly as original fitter hadn't done this well. Gary agreed to come the day I contacted him on Messenger as he was in the area. He did exactly what I'd requested plus some other jobs he suggested. We'd always had a problem with the stop tap, as did Gary, so he fitted a lever which we can now use with ease. He also replaced the outside tap while the water was off as it needed doing. Gary also also suggested (and supplied for no charge) fitting valves between the tap and water supply so if we want to change the tap it will be easier.
He was on holiday the following week so despite it being a Friday night he stayed late to finish the job.
