I have been going to Base for over 3 years, I usually have my eyebrows done every 4weeks, but I have also tried massages and gel polish. Paula is very professional, works to a high standard, which is consistent at every visit, and is such a lovely person. I always leave the salon with a smile, and would highly recommend. I have been going to base for my monthly brow treatment for about 2 years now. Paula is always friendly and welcoming. I have my brows waxed and tinted, then Paula gives an around the eye area and shoulder massage at the end which leaves me feeling very relaxed. I book my appointments in advance and get an email confirmation and then a text reminder a few days before the appointment so if you need to rearrange this can be done quite easily online. It’s a very helpful and efficient service.

Great experience , had my nails done and waxing. very friendly relaxing atmosphere. Paula is lovely, obviously passionate about what she does and always looking to develop services. Can’t wait to try the infra red sauna.Highly recommended.

Recently had a facial at BASE, so relaxing and I could really see a difference in my skin afterwards. Also, just had BASE brows and an ultimate lash lift, both which look amazing and results last for weeks! Definitely recommend all 3 treatments- 10/10 xx

Each step of the treatments is explained to you, ensuring you feel comfortable and at ease. My lashes and brows have never looked better than they do after my treatments at BASE. The complementary neck and shoulder massage at the end of the brows treatment is amazing and makes you want to drift off! Would definitely recommend BASE to anybody looking for beauty treatments for themselves, a friend or a family member.
