I damaged my shoulder and trapezius muscles and was in agony …… thankfully I was sent to see the lovely Nick for a Deep tissue sports therapy massage recommended by the lovely Dr Kirstie Eccles. This is one of those times where pain is worth the gain….. he has worked a miracle and loosened my trapped , knotted muscles to help me move around much more freely than before my treatment . I truly recommend this for any deep tissue/muscle damage . I will most certainly be having regular massages to keep my muscles as flexible as possible in the future . Fantastic treatment. I highly recommend the various facials , my favourite is micro needling & the million dollar facial. It has totally transformed my skin.
