I've just had the most incredible Indian Head Massage that I had to come and leave a review about - but bear with me if there's any typos as I'm feeling so relaxed that I can barely lift my arms to type. The whole atmosphere and experience was just amazing and as a busy mum who struggles to find 'me' time, this was the perfect treat to just relax, unwind, and feel truly looked after and pampered. Both calming and restorative, it was definitely the best massage experience I think I've ever had. Thank you Helen - I felt truly serene after that.

Been a few times now before they moved and all staff are lovely and welcoming. I got my hair done by Immi today and she absolutely smashed it I’m so in love. She constantly checked in and let me know what she was doing as well as double checking I wanted to get bangs added ( we know what us girlies can be like with impulsive changes). Highly recommend! What a day!! Drive from Newcastle to have my hair with the amazing Stef. She knows her staff and make my hair go from dry to shine and healthy. Then my nails done by Kisha was lovely day!!!

Caitlin was absolutely lovely and so professional and friendly. The massage treatment was an autumn reset and Caitlin ensured she asked about problem areas and really helped with the nots and tension in my shoulders. The room setup and heated blankets are lovely and the overall ambience within the salon is lovely I will be booking again with Caitlin. She has very good pressure and checked in that it wasn’t too much also. Fabulous masseuse!

Had a facial booked with Helen, she was excellent from start to finish. Explained the procedure and the products she would be using. Really relaxing and calming, I nearly dozed off! Afterwards gave me some advice on skincare and recommend some lovely products which I am already seeing the benefit from. Thank you!

Absolutely love this salon for both hair and beauty. Fiona has been doing my hair for 14 years and we've gone through many styles and colours. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I always leave a happy customer. All the girls are welcoming and friendly from when I enter the salon to leaving. The girls are all trained to the highest standard and this shows through their work. The beauty girls are fab, I love getting my nails nails by Tace who has been doing them for 5 years. I’ve been using this salon for years and I have always had a great experience! All of the girls are so friendly and I always feel very welcomed when I come into the salon. I usually get a colour and cut and I am always so happy with the results. The girls always have a long conversation with me beforehand to make sure I know exactly what I want doing with my hair and they are always spot on! I can’t recommend enough!!!!

After having lumpy lip filler for over a year I decided to reach out to Reloma and got booked in for a consultation with Becky. Attended my consultation with Becky where she assessed the current state of my lip filler and advised that it would be the best option to have the existing filler dissolved and to start again. I had my pre existing filler dissolved and then 2 weeks later went back for fresh filler. I told Becky the results I want to achieve briefly but ultimately gave Becky the reigns. After having my first ml last night and my lips are still slightly swollen with a little bit of bruising, I am very pleased with the results and can clearly see there is a massive difference between Becky and the previous place I used to go to. Becky is lovely and very friendly and provided me with her professional opinion regarding my pre existing filler. Honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for my lip filler now!

I was a new client of Helen’s and attended her salon for a Hollywood wax. Helen was friendly, knowledgeable and put me completely at ease given how intimate this procedure was. The wax was painless and she was so thorough, she talked me through the treatment and guided me to move as needed.
