I recently had my hair done by Lois, and I couldn’t be happier. I wanted a new hair colour for my wedding, and Lois was incredibly professional and friendly. She asked all the right questions, listened carefully to what I wanted and perfectly achieved the look I was going for. My hair looked stunning on my wedding day, and I got a lot of compliments on the colour. The colour has continued to look fantastic over time. I’ll definitely be going back! Dora xx

I have been having my hair done with Ella for around 5 years now, and have never been disappointed! I have go from dark brown, to blonde, back to brown, to ginger, and somehow, she smashes it every single time. Not only is she a hairdresser, she’s a friend and a free counsellor lol. Chelsea not only makes my hair look better, her attention to detail with the personal service she gives every client makes me feel better too. Her talent and skill, along with her warm, kind nature, give me the confidence to feel like I can strut out with my hair as my crown.

I got a balayage and the colour is perfect, she always does a in depth consultation and understands exactly what I was hoping for. She has been styling my and my toddler hair for about a year. She did my daughter's first haircut and I am very thankful for her service.

Roz is a fantastic hairstylist highly recommend, Roz put me at ease as it was my first haircut in 8+ years after a horrible experience elsewhere who didn't properly listen or take note on my hair, very professional, caring and experienced. Was a fantastic experience. So happy we found our way hair and beauty and Roz firstly for my son's hair and then for mine we will definitely be returning time after time. I've been going here for a number of years now and I always have a lovely time. All of the staff are absolutely lovely, they look after you and make sure you're comfortable, offer drinks, magazines and in the colder weather a blanket! Everytime I've gone to get my hair done I have walked out feeling refreshed and happy, they never fail to do an amazing job! I would definitely recommend Studio 18 to anyone looking for a salon with comfy vibes and lovely staff! 💚

I had the most wonderful experience at Studio 18 on Saturday 9th March. From the moment I walked in Kim was there to greet me with her friendly smile. I was offered a choice of beverages and taken to my seat. I had a full head of highlights Kim talked me through the process and offered me lots of advice on how to go about achieving the best out of my colour. Kim and her staff were all so friendly. We shared lots of good conversations and many brews later that the time went very quickly having my foils put in. There was a great selection of magazines in the shop for me to read and the staff always checked on me as they went past. I had the most amazing shampoo and conditioning treatment but the best bit was the hair massage. I came out of the salon with a big smile on my face and felt that I really had the five star treatment. Thankyou again to Kim and all her staff I can't wait to come back soon.

Had an appointment with Ella, had went in with hair in bad shape due to previous visits to other hairdresser and I was defeated. However Ella was so amazing, she made my hair look fabulous and brought back my confidence that I lacked! She was super lovely, made me feel comfortable and of course made my hair fabulous!

I did the beginner to master lash tech course with Jordanne in November, it was absolutely amazing!! She was so kind, understanding & supported me every step of the way, she gave me constant support after the course and helped me boost my career and confidence even more, you truly can’t get a better teacher. I couldn’t recommend Jordanne enough 💕

I was served by a lovely girl called bree, she was very nice and polite. Loved the way she did my eyelashes highly recommend.

Got my nails done with Leah and they’re stunning. I have a HEMA allergy and she took extra precautions whilst doing them, ordered me specific gel which is hema free and of course did a perfect job. Been here previously to get my lashes done as well and all the girls are really nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend

First time at the salon having being forced to find a new stylist which is always nerve wracking. I was giving Orla for a cut and balayage, and wow it is an outstanding cut and colour so I am so so happy. Glad to have found my new stylist who is so skilled at what she does, instantly knowing what will work for me. Wonderful salon and atmosphere too!

A lovely, friendly salon with great hairdressers and all the staff really look after you. I've had several beauty treatments too upstairs including a facial, massage and shellac nails and they have all been brilliant.

Brilliant salon you have hair, beauty and spa treatments all under one roof. The staff are all very friendly and always make you feel welcome. I have my hair done by Jane who is a fabulous stylist. I also have the waxing mainly by Coutney who is also very good. I have had my nails done too. It's the best salon I have ever been to and always come away feeling pampered and de-stressed. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience. A warm welcome and a lovely latte with biscuits, whilst Jane discussed my hair style. Courtney then washed my hair and massaged my head, which was so relaxing. Jane then cut and styled my hair. I then went upstairs and was given a male manicure by Leah which was very professional. I would completely recommend the salon.
