Wouldn't go anywhere else, Jemma is brilliant, she always makes my hair look and feel amazing and makes sure I'm pampered from the moment I arrive. The salon is always immaculately clean and they're lovely and welcoming. My little boy had his first ever haircut with Jemma and she has amazing patience!

Absolutely amazing salon, always spotless, they are so on the ball with hygiene even more so since the pandemic. Jemma is my stylist and is just wonderful, always keeps you informed on what she is doing, I look forward to my appointments as it’s so relaxing abs inviting. Laura and Jemma and both polite and friendly at always !

Laura at Luxe is so very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I always get Laura to do my hair and she always goes above and beyond my expectations. She is highly professional and knows her stuff. Jemma is also very lovely and the salon has a friendly welcoming atmosphere ❤️

Kerry is the ultimate professional and has a vast knowledge when it comes to brows. She explained the process throughout and I was thoroughly impressed with the end results. I have no hesitation in recommending Kerry, after a previous bad experience elsewhere, I won't go anywhere else from now on!

I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have my nails done every 3/4 weeks, Kerry has a huge range of colours and is always up to try new designs. I have also had some other treatments which are always carried out professionally and to the highest standard. Very reasonable price and super friendly service. Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic she couldn't have done more to keep everyone safe. Can't wait to try some other treatments. 🥰

Had black hair for years, always loved silver/grey coloured hair. Asked Emma at Aura Quartz if getting me to Silver could be done. She said yes, it would take time and be costly. Outlined the cost to me, after 9 hours in the chair, this is the stage we were at. Emma decided that we shouldn't compromise the health of my hair, back in the chair for more treatment in 4 weeks. My mum came to Emma in November and after a good experience my mum booked me in and promised Emma I had a lot of hair I came a week later to have a red balayage done. First time I met Emma the first thing she said “wow that’s a lot of hair” I have never seen a hairdresser so happy as she was to work with my hair. I told her what I wanted and she told me how she would do. It came to about lunch time and she brought me lunch, on this day she had cakes that she had baked and was offering me one. The process took 6 hours constantly saying how much she loved my hair. She looked after me so well. My hair is so thick it takes about 4-6 pots of dye depending if I have it dyed or just a toner as she doesn’t overcharge for how thick you hair as more product are used and she takes time with you. Washes hair amazingly don’t know how she does it I nearly fall asleep every time. She is friendly and chatty with amazing staff. She takes pride in her her work and would never leave a clients hair if it want at its best. Definitely recommend!!!

I’ve been getting my hair done by Emma (owner of Aura Quartz) for a year now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! I’ve recommended Emma to all of my friends and family as she is nothing short of a miracle worker. I’ve never left unhappy, going from dark brown to a gorgeous blonde balayage with emma always taking care of my hair to the best standard. I have been going to this salon for a number of years now. Staff are all very friendly. Salon is always clean. Prices are reasonable. Always been highly satisfied with Sarah who styles my hair, also the other stylists what I have seen are excellent. Highly recommendable. No complaints.
