Went in on Friday for an appointment with Jenny. Instantly I was greeted with by a friendly atmosphere and felt so comfortable (being a nervous person). I had a vague description of how I wanted my hair cut and Jenny definitely delivered. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you so much!

The ladies are lovely here very friendly and they give good advice on your hair. Jasmine has coloured and curled my hair a few times and it always looks fab. Highly recommend them and they are very reasonably priced too! Will deffo keep on coming here xx

I visited Identity for the first time, and I am extremely impressed! The staff were welcoming, and my stylist did an excellent job with my hair. They really listened to what I wanted and made sure to deliver exactly what I asked for. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the salon itself is beautiful and clean. Brilliant experience at this salon. I had my underarms waxed; Hollywood waxed and my eyebrows threaded. The space was clean and tidy. Jas was personable and made me felt at ease, clearly proud of the services she provides her clients. Prices are very reasonable, without compromising on quality! Visited Vibe for a consultation as the last salon I visited didn’t achieve what I wanted. Peter took the time to listen and he totally got my vision, he went through colours and processes and I left feeling very excited for my next appointment. The appointment was perfect the colours and processes discussed evolved as Peter worked and he talked me through every part. Peter is a colour magician and the final cut and finish was literally WOW!! I couldn't have dreamed of a better result. The salon is clean and tidy and the atmosphere is laid back and fun. My Mom was my hairdresser and after she passed I have struggled for years to find someone who understands me and my ramblings of what I want. Peter on the other hand took my hair expectations and ran with them using his expertise and creativity to produce a "Me" hair colour and style. I have already made my next appointment and I highly recommend the salon 😊

I am always very nervous about having my hair cut due to having it cut extremely short as a child. I have never been able to find someone who has made me feel at ease and have always avoided having my hair cut at all costs. However Peter took the time to listen to me and explain what he was doing throughout the process. He had the patience of a saint for my first appointment and have been back for my second. For the first time I was happy and comfortable from the get go knowing I had finally found someone I could trust. Thank you!

Currently having laser hair removal with Sonia after having waxing with her for many years. And I only wish I did it earlier.. I have thick black hair (Asian ethnicity) and after 3 sessions I'm seeing the results. The hair grows alot less thicker and some parts have not grown back at all. First time I went I didn't think I would walk away so entertained and laughing to myself, AND get a professional cut. Second time was even better because the cut I got was dramatic but was so pleased with it. Took years off me, even though my cousin thought differently🙄😜Third time I didnt go here but wished I did because I got a fringe somewhere else and the girl just botched it and I had to rectify it at home. For the life of me I cannot remember the name of the guy that cut my hair but it's the big bulky man that dresses up really nice and is really a teddy bear on the inside🤗 I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to next time.

My first visit to this salon was for a brow wax and tint and eyelash tint. I usually struggle with lash tints as my eyes water a lot and the tint rarely lasts and also, having fair hair I don’t want excessively dark brows- no need to worry on either count, my brows were a beautiful shade of brown and are still tinted some 4 weeks later and my lashes also have tint remaining. I am so pleased with this salon I’m definitely booking a repeat visit. I have also had BIAB nails done here, where they had to work with a previously not so good job by another salon, and am also very pleased with the results. Overall a lovely salon with great staff.

I have had another wonderful client experience here. Lynsey did a wonderful job with my hair, the cut and the new colour that we thought we would try. She also styled it for me beautifully. I am so pleased with how it looks. She did a fantastic job! I have been having my hair cut and coloured by Lynsey for 3-4 years now and I am always ecstatic at the results. Lynsey is professional, kind and just a lovely person to chat away with generally. I will keep going to her for all things hair related and couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Absolutely amazing went in for a cut and blow dry and it was lovely from the start. I suffer with anxiety and they made me feel at ease they told me where I can put my things so I wasn't holding them feeling awkward and when cutting my hair she confirmed with me how short I wanted it and trust me they make you feel really good! All present ladies and I'm happy to carry on going back. Even had lovely chats didn't feel awkward ❤
