Very happy with my experience at Toni & Guy today. My stylist (Ben) was very helpful and made the effort to understand exactly what I wanted in a friendly and patient manner. Everything went smoothly and I left extremely happy with my awesome haircut, styled to perfection. 10/10 would recommend :) thanks!!

Hair stylist Ben took time to listen to my thoughts about the cut to be done and offered lots of advice and suggestions. This was very important to me as I was going for a a slight restyle and wanted something quite edgy and different. I was never made to feel that anything I said was crazy! I was really pleased with the cut and it suited my thick hair. Overall a very good experience including the wash, blow dry & being looked after despite the appointment time running over. Ben is very professional and a great stylist. Perhaps not enough staff around when I arrived as he seemed completely rushed off his feet! doing all the jobs.

I had an appointment with the manager around a month ago. He gave me excellent advice regarding the cut to wait a couple of weeks rather than proceed. I was very impressed. He was willing to give me excellent advice despite the fact it reduced revenue. It was my first time at this salon. I would highly recommend it, I will certainly be coming back when I’m in Birmingham again. Very professional.

I recently had my haircut with Connor, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Connor is not only incredibly talented but also genuinely attentive and well-spoken. He listened carefully to what I wanted and ensured he understood my preferences before getting started, which made me feel really valued as a client. The quality of his work is truly amazing—he has a great eye for detail and skillfully delivered exactly what I was hoping for. On top of that, the whole salon had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making the experience that much more enjoyable. I came in for a colour and Ash really listened to what I wanted and delivered. He is talented with colour and I was so pleased with the end result! Zobia (I think that is how you spell her name, sorry if not!) was absolutely amazing at styling and just a lovely girl. It was a gorgeous finish and I left with my hair looking 10/10!
