My first visit to the salon. I had text message and an email explaining that the appointment would be a little longer as it was my first appointment. Donna listened to my needs and preferences and took time to ensure that the cut was perfect. She styled my hair with volume as I asked and it lasted which it usually doesn’t with my hair! Everyone was very friendly and had a lovely cup of tea. Very pleased 😁

Excellent, lovely friendly atmosphere. We'll looked after and delighted to catch up with Sam who used to cut my hair for years at a previous hairdressers. So pleased she's cutting my hair again.

I visited Identity for the first time, and I am extremely impressed! The staff were welcoming, and my stylist did an excellent job with my hair. They really listened to what I wanted and made sure to deliver exactly what I asked for. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the salon itself is beautiful and clean.
