I had my nails done at Pinky's today and was very pleased with the service. I feel Pinky's provide a decent service for a fair price. There is a relaxed atmosphere and although I didn't have an appointment I only had to wait ten minutes to be seen. I shall be returning again soon.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new nail shop to use as my regular. I decided to try nails by music to remove my acrylics and test them out to see if i would want to come here long term and all i can say is IM AMAZED. The decor was absolutely beautiful with pink walls and ornaments. It made me feel so girly and pampered. Even their uniforms as pink which is so cute. Usually nail shops are plain white and it feels boring and not a enjoyable experience however, I actually enjoyed my time at nails by music. My nails were removed by the individual with the blonde pixi haircut. They were amazing and so friendly. They were so careful with my nails and removed all the acrylic off and were professional at all times. Thank you! I am definitely going to use this nail shop as my regular from now on!

staff is so welcoming, got my nails done here and honestly my favourite set ever! they take there time to make sure that nails look perfect and the prices there are really reasonable. definitely recommend

Had a groupon for a cut, wash, condition treatment and blow dry. Lovey stylist (didn't get her name). She really listened to what I asked for and gave me some advice about my new hair regrowth. Hair felt super soft and healthy after the treatment and my blonde lifted nicely too.

Had a sports therapy massage from Katie today, now I can see why she's always booked out! Honestly was the best massage I've had in my life, extremely knowledgeable in her craft and worked through all my knots and soreness + was just as intense as needed. Could not recommend this enough, truly feel reborn.

Got my hair done here for a wedding recently and I am SO happy I came here. The service is phenomenal, I showed inspo and explained what I wanted and the lovely lady styled my hair perfectly. Have been here 3 times now. I had previously gone to a different salon and they absolutely ruined my hair. So choppy and unfixable. Since then I tried 4 stylists to try fix my hair. I lost my confidence completely. I went to HSB and of course with a cut like that I didn’t expect it to be perfect. It looked great when I left and after this second cut and colour done by Amara- My confidence has come back. My hair has never looked this silky and healthy and she’s gone above and beyond to try fix the choppy layers on all sessions. Her advice was amazing I’d definitely recommend. Although the 2nd time I went with an appointment booked it took an hour for me to be seated over my appointment time it was a very very busy period for them and they were apologetic- however I was there for over 3 hours in the seat which wasn’t ideal for a hour and half appointment. This time (yesterday’s appointment) thankfully it wasn’t busy and I was seen at my designated appointment time and everything was done within 2 hours. Thank you Amara x
