Placed an order this morning at debs diner over the phone. Very polite staff, delivery came very fast and the food was absolutely fantastic couldn’t fault the food and drink in any way, was lovely and hot. Real value for money, good portion sizes. I will definitely be going in again.

Thank you to all the staff at Black's vets Sedgely who helped when I took our Lurcher Izzy in having a seizure, she was 15 years old and couldn't be saved, the staff were brilliant and the kindness and compassion of Connor the vet who put her to sleep was amazing. Thanks aswell for Izzy's cremation and her beautiful casket that blacks vets arranged. Thanks to all there who have dealt with us, it made a big difference how you treated us on this sad day.

This is our first time here as we registered our pup with them. Very warm & friendly Gloria what a lovely lady she is & the other lady there aswel but forgot her name sorry 😞, the vet we saw was amazing aswel, I went with Gloria's advice got the Pet Plan only £15 per month & we know our Enzo is gonna be set for life with his jabs & other things, so I would definitely recommend this vets plus it's right on the doorstep as the saying goes from where we live.

The staff are very friendly and made me and Tommy feel so welcomed. They took the time to fuss my dog as well as spoiling him with a few treats. The vet was very knowledgeable and delicate during the examination. Very clean practice and great value for money. Highly recommended.

We changed from another vet’s due to lack of appointments, registered online and was seen the next day, receptionists were great and the vet was lovely, we got meds and baileys repeat prescription without issue. Happy to be part of blacks now!

After an awful experience (where my dog was burnt) at a local vets, I joined White Cross Tividale around a year ago. I cannot fault them at all. Their appointments always run to a reasonable time, yet you're not rushed out. They explain everything to you, and how much it costs and don't rip you off in the slightest. All the staff are animal lovers and incredibly friendly and I am so glad I've found such a good vets that I trust. Thank you so much - 5 star in my opinion!

A few days ago the central heating wasn't coming on when programmed but there was still hot water. Having been given Simbuild's contact number by a friend who had told me that Simon had done a good job, I gave him a call and he was able to come and assess the job the next day. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently but a leak was found which he came back today/the next day to fix. Fully working system again. 5 Stars!

Simon is a perfect gentleman and exceptional gas engineer with broad technical skills. New Worcester-Bosch combi boiler installed within budget and timescale. Extra work also done (new TRV’s, radiator move, toilet flush valve, kitchen taps, garden tap) all to a high standard. Many thanks.

Simon started on Monday as he start, bright and early at 0800 hrs and he did say they would be totally finished by around lunch time the next day and was true to his word. Simon couldn't have been any more professional, but friendly and courteous at the same time. Whilst you can only imagine the work that went behind the new boiler replacement, they were so considerate of property items as well as personal items. It was just 5* rating all the way through, it really was. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Woke up last week & boiler wasn’t working & on recommendation from a friend called Simbuild who came out that evening. Result was could try & fix but would soon need replacing or new boiler now. After sleeping on it went with new boiler & requested a Worcester Bosch & other than that left the specifics to Simon & as far as I can see the price I paid was lower than leading shops for same model. Simon arrived at 8am & finished around 5pm, he left the area tidy & demonstrated how to use the boiler. Throughout he was polite & friendly & just overall as pleasant an experience of having a new boiler could be. Definitely recommend.

Such an underrated little gem of a place! We had the most fabulous brunch a few days ago - a children's mini breakfast, triple-stack chicken, BLT sandwich, cheddar and caramelised onion chutney toastie and BBQ pulled pork jacket potato. The portions were so generous and you could see the effort that went in to each element of the meal, including the drinks! The food was fresh and delicious with beautifully dressed side salads and mountains of crisps! The atmosphere was so friendly and cosy. We wanted to give a tip, but didn't have any cash. Unfortunately it could not be added on to the payment machine, so be sure to carry cash and give it to these wonderful people! They deserve it!

We visited here following a trip to the adventure village with our family. The staff here today (Thursday) were ever so helpful. Brajan from BS Plumbing quoted me for a replacement outside tap. He arrived when he said he would, removed the very old leaky tap and installed a nice shiny new one which is awesome. He also quoted me for some other plumbing jobs whilst he was here so I know how much they will be when I have saved the money to get them done :)

We cannot praise WLV Heating enough! Not only were they able to assess our problem the same day as we called, they were then able to fit a new boiler the following day. Chris did a fantastic job fitting and was very diligent about ensuring we understand the operation of the new boiler and the follow up in terms of warranty and future services. We will not hesitate to recommend their services in the future.

We initially contacted WLV Heating Ltd. after being recommended by several people to address fault codes on our boiler. David came out to fix the issue and, while doing so, discovered a much more serious gas supply problem. His professionalism and expertise were immediately evident as he explained the safety concerns and took swift action. David didn’t just stop at identifying the issue – he contacted our gas network provider himself and arranged an emergency visit to ensure everything was safe. Despite the complications, his friendly and approachable attitude put us at ease throughout the whole process. He explained everything in detail, so we fully understood what was happening. David kept in regular contact with us throughout the entire process, which really impressed us. It's a rare quality to find these days, and we truly appreciated his consistent communication. The most impressive part of David’s service was his willingness to attend out of hours when the gas supplier left us without gas, ensuring we weren’t left in a difficult situation. His knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to customer safety were exceptional. On top of all this, the pricing was very fair for the level of service we received. David truly went over and above, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had him as our engineer. He really is an A-star professional, and we wouldn’t hesitate to call on WLV Heating Ltd again. If you need a trustworthy and skilled heating engineer, David is the one to call!

Had a problem with central heating and hot water back on Tuesday 21st January neighbour gave me the phone number of W L V David Robinson rang David on Wednesday morning explained the problem told me may be the pump will need to take a look himself will and try get round in the afternoon he did call round and yes was the pump so we got David to replace the pump on that day first class service so we booked David in to service the boiler for the 5th February which had not been done for 3 years full service done replace 2 gaskets very clean and tidy David is a gentleman would highly recommend David at H L V Heating 5 star service. P . S a engineer that puts on over shoes to come into home nice one my wife was well impressed 👌

Excellent service from the 2 guys at Optimal Plumbing and Engineering Ltd. I had an issue with lining up an inlet valve to the pipework for my downstairs toilet after replacing the floor, called them at 10:30am and they attended same day. Both were extremely polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable rate. Fantastic service and company and I will not hesitate to use them again in future!
