Had to have Gas Engineer to replace motorised valve. Rang JW Gas and Plumbing. Jake answered phone quickly. Very helpful. Arrived earlier than he said to do the job. Kept me informed about price. Was very informative. And did job very quickly. Gave us a good price. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Jake has been absolutely fantastic. He answered the phone very quickly and returned 2 days in a row to fix an issue we had. He went above and beyond to try and help us on his first visit, but through no fault of his, it required a follow-up visit when we had parts. Jake responded extremely quickly and was very affordable. My elderly parents had an issue with there toilet, so I contacted Jake who responded in a very timely manner and was very trustworthy. I called Jake on a Friday afternoon as I had an issue with my boilers water pressure. He arrived 15 minutes later. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote the following day. He came back on the Monday and fitted the new parts in under 30 minutes. This resolved the issue straight away. He was very courteous and polite and extremely efficient. His charges were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend his services as I have had numerous negative experiences with plumbers over the years.
