John came to our rescue on a very stressful Saturday night (at midnight!) and saved us a lot of panic. Extremely grateful. Very thorough and knowledgable.
John was great, very helpful over the phone, travelled to our house very promptly, methodically checked our fuse box and identified the problem, dodgy kettle. Really polite and pleasant, would definitely use again. Payment arrangements simple and easy.
