I am a new patient at the Anele de Novo Dental Practice, and I would like to say that so far I have found them to be excellent. I had not been to see any dentist for many years and I was quite nervous, but all the staff were really nice and took their time to explain things thoroughly to me. I was seen on time and all of my questions were answered. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough for the care and service that they are offering.

I am a very anxious patient and after years of neglecting the health of my teeth and gums I decided to face my demons and attended an appointment. I was treated with respect and understanding and was talked through a very clear plan that was acceptable to me as a way forward. Today was my second visit to see the dentist and I have also now had three visits to the hygienist. All staff and treatments have been excellent and their understanding to my needs and the compassion shown, Without being patronising is commendable. I am so thankful for the care they have shown to me. I would highly recommend them to any nervous patient.

I have not long registered with anele de novo dentist. But the service I have received from all the staff, from the receptionist to the dentist and also the hygienist, has been excellent. Extremely professional in all areas. The dentist soon had me at ease and constantly kept me up to date with what he was doing. Thank you to all the staff. 10 out of 10

My teeth are not the greatest but I'm pleased that my dentist manages to preserve them the best way possible. Proper advice given and treatment when I have needed it has been given with care and consideration. Really appreciate the patience given and 'no rush' environment. Being given time to actually review my own xrays and discuss treatment options is important to me. Not saying I'm looking forward to my next visit but I don't fear it so I'm good.

I had always had a great fear of dentists, with my anxiety stopping me from attending and meaning my oral health suffered. The dentist I have begun to see is absolutely wonderful. She treated me with kindness and respect, offered different types of support and spoke me through a plan for my treatment to make sure I'd be happy with it. Couldn't recommend them enough! The reception staff are lovely and helpful also!
